The Outfitter at Harper’s Ferry opened in 1996 as an Appalachian Trail re-supply store, and we have grown to offer our products around the world. We are located about half way on the Appalachian Trail and all of our hard core hiking customers are unemployed, footloose, and fancy free for at least 5 months to hike the 2,175 mile trail.
