(guy-line not included) The Stakes are included. * It has 4 corner grommets for tie offs or attachment to the top of your hiking poles. *16' 2" by 16' 2" for 256 + square feet of room *4 pounds 2 oz fast pack or 4 pounds 11 oz in stuff sacks and stakes included. * Polyester Taffeta, water resistant, but to proof it do the seams with seam seal.  Set up above with using one pole, and 3 stakes.
