We ship orders three days a week using USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority International. We accept returns or exchanges for products in unused, new condition. We will refund the cost of the product, but the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returns should be sent to: The Outfitter at Harpers Ferry 189 High Street PO Box 1231 Harpers Ferry, WV 25425 When returning an item include in the package your name, phone number, email address, and the reason for the return. We will not mark items "GIFT" when shipping internationally.
